Our bidding process has evolved over the last decade. In the past, it was one phone call and then our bid to multiple contractors. At this point, our knowledge, experience and staff allows us to assist in the designing and budgeting stages as well. We have found this to be a win-win situation for the architect, general contractor, and ourselves, as the budget price has held more steady to the final bid.
