As the U.S. construction industry is in full swing once again, it is always tempting to take on multiple projects at one time. We resist this gamble, but have seen contractors spreading themselves too thin on a continuous basis, resulting in schedule delays and quality issues. Lack of on site supervision seems to be the cause.
